Outside Equipment Sales

Fairbanks

We are looking for a motivated individual with sales experience to work out of our Fairbanks location. The primary focus will be industry-leading brands like Bobcat, Doosan, John Deere, Dynapac and more. Duties will include making sales calls, visiting job sites, maintaining existing customer relationships and expanding the company’s profile in the Fairbanks territory.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Visiting job sites and providing solutions to customers problems
  • Cultivating new contacts and clientele
  • Researching correct equipment for a given job
  • Daily interaction with customers
  • Assisting customers with replacement/repair parts for their equipment
  • Using an inventory computer system and various equipment and websites
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of sales experience and customer relationship skills
  • Working knowledge of one/many of the following: Construction, Landscaping, farming and ground engaging machinery (compact equipment, excavators, wheel loaders, etc)
  • Customer-centric point of view and “yes we can” attitude
  • A sincere love for the art of making the sale
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to learn processes and procedures
  • Ability to take direction well and follow through with little or no supervision
  • Must be able to work well with others and be part of a team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • 40+ hours per week

Anchorage

  • Assisting customers with replacement/repair parts for their equipment
  • Using an inventory computer system and various equipment and parts websites
  • Inventory control & ordering
  • Shipping & Receiving
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn processes and procedures.
  • Ability to take direction well and follow through with little or no supervision.

Service Technician

Anchorage

This is a critical role for our company in which you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting issues on various industry-leading brands like Bobcat, John Deere, Doosan, Dynapac and more. If you are highly self-motivated, up for a challenge and enjoy solving technical problems on the fly, this position is for you.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules
  • Must be a motivated self-starter who can maximize productivity while working independently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are required
  • 5+ years of experience as heavy equipment field technician
  • High school diploma or GED or a graduate of vocational technical school
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass drug screening test
DUTIES
  • Inspect, troubleshoot and estimate repairs on engines, powertrains, electrical systems, hydraulic systems and more.
  • Regular travel to field equipment both in town and remote
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports, accurate timekeeping and expense tracking
  • Competent and thorough use of internal computer systems, including electronic diagnostic tools, parts management and work order management software
  • Knowledge & experience in metalworking, welding and fabrication
